NT Labs Zeolite

When to use? For best results, use NT Labs Zeolite throughout the year and recharge it regularly. Consider recharging and topping up when water quality begins to decline.

How to use:

1. Place the zeolite into the filter bag provided and rinse it under the tap.
2. Position the zeolite in the filter in an area with a strong flow of water.
3. Test your water quality using NT Labs Test Kits regularly.
4. Recharge the zeolite in spring and every 6 weeks unless poor water quality is detected. When recharging, replace 50% of the zeolite.
5. To recharge, prepare a salt solution (4 tablespoons per gallon of water) and soak the zeolite chunks for 24 hours.

Note: Zeolite is commonly used in pond filtration systems to help absorb and remove ammonia and other nitrogenous compounds. Recharging the zeolite helps maintain its effectiveness over time.
